The GELEC Technology : PV Diesel hybrid
A TECHNOLOGICAL BREAKTHROUGH: HYBRIDIZATION !
Hybridization is the joining of different energy sources (solar, air, tidal, diesel) to design an autonomous, economic and environmentally friendly solution.
The system uses the clean energy source to produce electricity. If production is higher than consumption, it stores this energy and returns it when production decreases. An electrical generator is linked to the system and generates additional energy or to meet a power requirement when necessary.
All of it is piloted by an automated system developed by GELEC. The result is maximum optimization of the electrical production systems, optimized both from the technical as well as the economic point of view.
Because of this technology and the lowering of the cost of photovoltaic systems, as well as the optimization of storage systems, it is now possible to produce much cleaner energy at very competitive operating costs. In fact, the use of a PV/Diesel hybrid energy mix will, at a minimum, cut the per kWh cost in half!
OuR KNOW HOW
In areas where renewable energy (solar, wind, tidal) is used, and where the price of fuel is high, PV/Diesel hybrid systems may be amortized in less than four years. There is the added benefit that this technology requires little maintenance and can be remotely controlled.
PV/Diesel/Storage technology is perfect for homes, cottage industry, hotels, industries, and rural or isolated communities. With it, you are guaranteed a stable, optimized supply of energy. The use of renewable energies means substantial fuel savings and drastically reduces CO² and particle emissions.
